This method also achieves important secondary results such as increasing the the pool of executive level stakeholders and hiring managers.

Our Process

Phase 1: Steps We Take to Achieve Your Desired Outcome(s)

We meet with the Leadership to clarify goals, such as securing more jobs for graduates or enrolling more sponsored students, and work with the Leadership to map out a detailed plan for achieving results.

Phase 2: Solve Immediate Concern

Since in-depth phone interviews with executive stakeholders are both inexpensive and highly effective, our next step usually involves developing a first cut on a phone survey to executive-level business stakeholders for review by Leadership.

To be effective, the survey must explore what the institution and business stakeholders need from the relationship. Typically, one fifth of executives surveyed will also be interested in funding a special project.

Phase 3: Ongoing Relationship with Your Institution

We want to develop a time period, cost amount, and communication process that works for our clients. For instance, once clients see our value they often want to institutionalize an ongoing dialogue with executives and hiring managers. If so, we can provide this service on an ongoing basis or work with other members of your organization to develop this internal capability.
